I Want to Be A MARINE!

Welcome to my New Site!
So you want to be a Marine?

Think you've got the mental and physical toughness it takes???

Maybe you watched Survivor and thought eating gross looking bugs was no big deal?

Welcome to my quest to get the first truely competitive reality TV show on the air.

Read my show outline below and take the What do you think? poll on the left.

What am I looking for?

What I need is a producer with the know how, resources and money to turn this into a reality!

In the mean time I am providing this site as proof of its viability.

So if the producers of Survivor or Big Brother or any of the networks are listening, ...here I am.

How about you Jerry Springer? You've got the pull to make this work.

Show Outline
After watching Rudy lose because he forgot to hold onto a log and never mind Eddie winning $500 000 for nearly boring me to death...I thought, shouldn't they at least earn the right to win the big money???

That's when I came up with the idea for this show.

The whole show would be spread across the entire television season. About 30 average people (not superjocks or real marines ....old ex-marines would be ok I suppose...go for it Rudy!) are put through basic training and then set out on various missions.

The first month would be a real test of survival. Can these people go from lumps to the mean green fighting machines like in the movies? or will they wilt and leave peacefully?

After that, the missions begin. They could be placed in squads at the beginning and each squad would obviously oppose each other. Paint ball pellets could be used to add a dose of "reality". Being hit or some formula of hits could be used to decide the ejection of players from the game.

Basically after a few months of this, and reduction of the number of contestents to say 4, The contestants are dropped outside a tropical island and allowed to fight it out for the title. A real survival of the fittest and craftiest.

The winner gets
$1 000 000.

(I like all those zeroes!)
